Q. How will I know when my ILL item is here?

Answer

For every item that is requested and available for pick up, users will receive an automated email notifying of availability. For items that aren't retrieved, an expired hold notification will be sent. At this point library staff may reach out to confirm interest in the item.

If items remain on the hold shelf for a period longer than two weeks, they will be sent back to the lending library.
