How does interlibrary loan work?

Answer

Interlibrary Loan is a service that allows Marian University users to borrow items from other libraries.  Requesting is easy, simply search for an item in our library catalog, and within the item record click the Request It button.  Sign in with your MU credentials and your request will be placed.

Requests can also be manually placed from one's user account, but the steps outlined above are recommended as it will save time typing or copying/pasting item information into the form.
