PDPs aren't displaying in my Portfolio Report. What's happening?

Answer

The following could explain why links to the PDP aren't showing in one's Portfolio report:

  1. The PDP was added to one's Activities page after the submission was made.
  2. No submission for the PDP was made.
  3. A technical error occurred in Faculty Success.

As of spring 2025, Educational Technology staff will add PDPs to one's Annual review submission if they are not within the Annual Review zip file. When completed correctly, the AFE zip file should contain all the documentation within the AFE, namely, the Faculty self-evaluation, PDP, and the submitted portfolio report entered initially by the candidate.

If a faculty member sees a link to their PDP in their report, then that PDP was added by Ed Tech staff due to reasons 1 or 3.
