Always make sure to set the appropriate Portfolio Grouping for an added activity. This is very important and the cause of activities not displaying, especially when uploading one's CV to the platform. When adding an activity, click on the portfolio grouping drop-down, and select the appropriate leveled option.
What is the appropriate selection for Service or Scholarship? What do the levels correspond to? – By default, these levels are arbitrary. Faculty should consult their department or college rubric for categorizing use of these levels according to activity. If no rubric exists, then the submitter may designate their preference for the levels according to activity. The most important point: each added activity should incorporate a portfolio grouping when available.
