This guide will advise you on who to contact to get help with Canvas depending on your role/situation.

Who you reach out to depends on what you are having trouble with and what role you have in Canvas.
In general, here is some advice:
- If you are having trouble with something working properly in Canvas, reach out to Canvas Support.
- You can do so within Canvas by clicking on Help (1) and then either calling the hotline (2), opening up a chat window with Canvas Support team (3), or by submitting a ticket by clicking the Report a Problem link (4).
- If you are having trouble with a particular course or something content related, you can reach out to your instructor and/or Blake Ide, the Lead Educational Technologist, in the Educational Technology team at Marian University.
- You can schedule a meeting with him, email him, reach him by phone at 317.955.6778, or visit the Educational Technology Office on the first floor of the library on campus.
- If you are having trouble in an online course, submit a ticket via Course Delivery Support by following the instructions here.
