I'm trying to print a document from Canvas, but nothing prints. What happened?

Good question. Sometimes it happens that documents won't appear when trying to print directly from Canvas, or even applications like Google Drive. Here's a workaround:

  1. Save the document to the workstation (desktop/"my documents") or external drive.
  2. Open the document from the new location.
  3. Print the document, making sure to select the virtual print server (lib-prn-vir).

That's it. If the problem persists, feel free to contact a member of the library staff and we'll take a closer look.
