What do I do if someone wants an ALI card?
Answer
The Academic Libraries of Indiana (ALI) agree to extend in-person borrowing privileges to faculty, staff, and students of member institutions. To participate, the borrower needs a signed ALI Borrowers Card from the home institution library, campus identification, and a photo ID with a current address, such as a driver's license. To obtain an ALI card, Marian patrons need to go to their home institution library (Marian) with their student ID and fill out an application form. If someone wants a card, direct them to community borrower libguide, where you can find application forms and more information about ALI cards. Completed forms need to be given to a librarian who will file them away at the front desk for reference.
