I'm having trouble accessing library databases off-campus. What should I do?

Here are some steps to troubleshoot off-campus access issues.

Start on our Indianapolis or Ancilla library site.

From there, go down to Find Articles or All Databases (under Resources).

Once you select the database you want to search, you will be prompted to put in your credentials on a screen that says Marian University Off-Campus Access.

You need to use your Marian username and password to log in to our databases off campus.

If you are still having trouble, there may be issues with your MU username/password. You will need to contact the helpdesk to have them assist you with it. – helpdesk@marian.edu or 317.955.6444.
