The New York Times says my account has expired, but I recently signed up for an account. How do I get back in?

Answer

Marian subscriptions to the New York Times are good for 4 years, but sometimes something happens in the NYT system and a subscription can be ended early.

The first step is to visit the NYT trouble shooting page and follow their suggestions.

If, after following their suggestions, you still do not have access, visit the reset page. You may need to re-enter some information (and you may need to be on campus), but this should get your subscription back in order.

If you are still having trouble, please email a librarian for further assistance.
