Why is my document not printing from my laptop?

If you're trying to print wirelessly from your personal device and experience issues, try checking the credentials that are being asked for. Specifically, if you have created a password for accessing your laptop, that set of credentials can often be confused for the credentials needed to print.
- First, once M-Print has bee set up on your device, you'll want to select the item needing printing and click Print.
- Next, select the Library_SecurePrint option.
- Finally, if you are presented with a pop-up box asking for credentials, you will need to use your MU credentials (first initial,last name, three numbers), not those that you use to unlock your device.
Once the credentials have been correctly added, you may sign in to the printer with your MU ID card and see verify your document is now ready for release.
