How do I find courses that use zero-cost or low-cost resources?

Answer

You can filter to zero- or low-cost resource courses when searching the course catalog in MUHub under the "Course Types" filter. See this video for an example.

Zero-cost resource courses have $0 textbook costs by exclusively using open educational resources (OER), library-licensed materials, or other materials that are free to students.

Low-cost resource courses have resource costs that are $40 or less (but more than $0). These designations *exclude* costs for equipment (such as physical lab materials and art supplies) and fees (such as for labs, technology, and test proctoring).
