Q. I have not received my library article requests in my email?


If you are working from a Library database you can email search results/citations/articles to your email address. Sometimes this can take longer than a normal email and you need to be patient for it to pop into your email box. There is no "standard" amount of time it takes but often it is not instantaneous.

However, if you feel you have waited long enough or the emails feel "lost" we recommend checking your Spam folder. Oftentimes emails from library databases can land in the SPAM filter of the email you are using.
